Archigas TCD3000 Si Sensor – Hydrogen Gas Analyzer

The TCD3000 Si is a gas analyzer designed for fast and accurate hydrogen measurement in gas mixtures, particularly for applications located outside ATEX zones.

Based on thermal conductivity technology, it enables reliable analysis of near-binary mixtures, including gases with highly contrasting thermal conductivities, such as hydrogen and oxygen. This approach ensures excellent sensitivity, high measurement stability, and a response suited to the fast dynamics of industrial processes.

Compact and robust, the TCD3000 Si is particularly well suited for test benches, R&D environments, testing platforms, and controlled industrial processes. Its ability to operate under high pressure (up to 200 bar) and its very short response time make it a reliable solution for the characterization, validation, and monitoring of hydrogen systems.
