Michele Fameni

We have been selected as a laureate of the Investment for the Future Program. This study is co-funded at 50% by the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region and 50% by France 2030.

This support, granted following evaluation by independent experts, confirms the scientific, technical and industrial relevance of our approach.

Industrializing Neutron Imaging

Our ambition is clear: to make neutron imaging accessible to industrial applications through a modular and containerized approach, aligned with current X-ray radiography system usage.

The objective is to enable non-destructive observation of internal phenomena that are currently difficult or impossible to analyze using conventional methods.

This project particularly targets:

  • Batteries and energy storage systems

  • Hydrogen and electrochemical systems

  • Complex energy systems

  • Critical and industrial applications

Supported by Technological and Industrial Partners

We would like to thank:

  • Exosens, for its technological support in system design

  • The competitiveness clusters CARA and Tenerrdis for their project endorsement

Public Funding Support

The development of our industrial neutron imaging approach is supported under the Investment for the Future Program.

This project has been funded by the Region and by the Government as part of the France 2030 Plan.
