GMS HU15: Advanced Humidification System for Fuel Cells and Electrolyzers
The GMS HU15 is a high-precision humidification system designed to accurately reproduce the operating conditions of fuel cells and electrolyzers.
It provides independent control of humidity, temperature, and flow rates on both air and hydrogen lines, enabling realistic operating conditions to be replicated. This precise control improves test repeatability and helps researchers better understand the electrochemical phenomena that influence system performance and durability.
Building on several generations of humidification systems developed by Gemesis, the GMS HU15 is capable of rapidly following setpoint changes to reproduce dynamic operating cycles, including WLTP driving profiles.
Operating as a standalone unit and controllable via a CAN bus, it can be integrated into a complete test bench or used independently for R&D, validation, and qualification activities.
